This will be aparental leave cover with a limited contract for 9months.

Tasks
  • Youwill use your knowledge of cruises and destinations to furtherdevelop our product portfolio and put together marketable travelpackages
  • You will be responsible for theproduct strategy and its implementation with regard to one or morecruise companies
  • You independently conductnegotiations directly with the cruisecompanies
  • You manage your products throughoutthe entire product cycle from conception to purchasing andmarketing
  • You will work close together with ourcommercial and marketing department
  • Youindependently and proactively seek out innovative product offersthat are perfectly suited to our customers
  • Youanalyse and monitor the market and competitors to ensure that ourportfolio is correctly positioned andcompetitive
  • You monitor KPIs on a daily basisderive optimisation potentials and implement themimmediately
Requirements
  • Severalyears of professional experience with a cruise company a touroperator and/or in a travel agency
  • Analyticalconceptual and entrepreneurial thinking comes easily toyou
  • You have extensive knowledge of the cruiseindustry
  • Ideally you have completed a degree intourism or business administration or have completed a tourismapprenticeship
  • Your way of working isresultoriented and characterised by a high degree of personalresponsibility
  • Negotiating skills motivationcreativity commitment and flexibility are your keyfeatures
  • An affinity for numbers and controltools are aplus
