We are excited to offer opportunities for 7 Craft Apprentices to join our site in St. Asaph, North Wales within our Manufacturing Team. We are looking for candidates who have a keen interest in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Five of the successful candidates will form part of an experienced manufacturing team and will learn and become responsible for the manufacture of precision mechanical / optical components using a variety of machine tools to satisfy technological needs in-line with the engineering requirements of the business.
One of the successful candidates will be working with skilled Jig & Tool designers and eventually becoming responsible for designing machine tools.
The final opportunity is in our works engineering team where the successful will be taught how to maintain machinery and general site facilities working with our highly skilled team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with our world-renowned Engineering Teams and highly skilled Operations Departments, learning the skills required for a successful career within our business.

Attending an approved qualification programme on day release basis (dependant on Engineering qualifications, successful candidates may be expected to attend College on a full-time basis for the first year)Follow an Internal Department Development Plan, led by your dedicated Mentor.Craft Apprenticeship Outcome:

It is essential that all applicants have a good level of general education and must have, or expect to receive, a minimum of grade C in Mathematics and English Language.
