Key Responsibilities for the Service Technician:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering departments to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, and repairs.
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed.

 

To qualify for the Service Technician role you would need:

  • Proven experience in an assembly role.
  • Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (clean driving record inclusive), and valid passport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

This role would be perfect for an individual who is aspiring to build their career and is open to individuals with Assembly or Technician experience looking to progress.
