We have partnered with the globalinsights and strategy consultancy to help them builda passionate Londonbased team focused on deliveringindustrydefining work. They are looking to hire one or twoDirectors both handson Qual practitioners but one of the roles willfocus more on strategic growth.
We are looking for either ahandson Practitioner or a Growthled person who ishighly experienced in working on brand strategy andinnovation projects (you understand frameworks andmodels that inform brand growth and strategy). Both roles willinvolve guiding client projects from inception to completionencompassing everything from the initial proposal writing to thefinal report and presentation.
Some of the capabilities were going to discusswith potential Directors include:
New Businesssolution development proposal writing pitching to clients enablingXXX of sales
Research Design andExecution designing and leading cocreation workshopsinsight groups ethnographic studies and online communities touncover trends and audience insights in the UK and across theglobe
Strategy making strategic recommendations and developing propositions forsenior stakeholders writing final deliverables and facilitatingclient workshops
People &Project Management leading client contacts budgetarycontrol overseeing the UK team and building relationships withsenior stakeholders across client project teams
Youll lead the development of a prestigiousportfolio of clients and brands across several sectors includingFMCGbeautyskincareluxuryfashion andtech categories. Youll be working inclose collaboration with inhouse analytics film makers &design teams internationally to deepen insights and impact throughinnovative mixed methodologies and strategically phasedresearch.
You are recognisedby your current employer as an intuitive qual researcher with asharp talent for identifying insights and delivering headlinedrivenwriting. You have particular passion for applying emergingapproaches to uncover new ideas and tell human stories throughstoryled debriefs and mini research films. Handsonqual research experience throughout your career is amust coupled with product innovation and/or brand strategyexperience (you are fully versed with standard brand &comms management thinking models positioning v purpose andstrategic tools lets have a proper chat abt it during our discoverycall so I can you through details).
Youll be keen to present at national andinternational industry conferences sharing research and insights ongenerational trends casestudies and emerging qual approaches.A passionate interest in culture theability to spot patterns and challenge beliefs are also essential.Overdelivering on clients expectations is not a dirty word itssomething you love and are proud of
