Contract type:  Permanent

Hours of work : 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Salary :Up to £25,500 per annum dependent on experience

Location:  Brackley, Northamptonshire

Purpose of the job  

We are looking for a Residential Matron to join our Pastoral team at Winchester House School. This role is to provide pastoral care and guidance to pupils, working closely with the Houseparent to ensure a warm, purposeful and pleasant atmosphere and routine within the House. You will have excellent organisation and administration skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.

You will be expected to sleep-in four nights a week (two nights in girls boarding, two nights in boys boarding), you will be allocated an ensuite room in the Boarding House. When not occupied by Boarders, you will have full access to the lounge and kitchen area.
