About the role:

Ensure timely submissions to the applicable National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) datasets ensuring highest data quality. Ensure submission of non-structure reporting via Alteryx. To produce reports for external audiences (including commissioners). To produce regular and ad hoc data, analysis, and reporting for internal requirements. To support the wider contracting and performance management requirements, preparing and reporting Performance Management Framework (PMF) and ensure that information is shared and disseminated in a professional and timely manner. Attend PMF’s meeting with service manager and liaise with Sefton commissioners. Provide leadership and line management to a team of administrators including providing regular supervision/one to ones/appraisal for identified administration team members and volunteers Lead/support the admin team and ensure all the clinical records and prescriptions on case management are correctly recorded, dispatched and reported. Be the lead contact for service data requirements to external and internal stakeholders. Provide administration and training on the data case management and reporting system. To link operational and system pathways and processes. Take an active role in wider service leadership. Ensure data processes and systems are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of all stakeholders.  Recognize and understand key performance indicators and compile regular data quality and performance reports to respective teams  Undertake data analysis to ensure activity, performance and all other reporting needs are met. Interpret and make use of internal and external reports and ensure activity is appropriately reflected. Communicate findings effectively and appropriate to the audience  Work closely with Service Manager to align operational and data requirements, ensuring the integration of data systems  Respond to the data needs of all stakeholders in a timely fashion  Attend meetings with stakeholders and host or chair meetings where appropriate.

About you:

Knowledge of NDTMS processes. - Highly IT literate with particular expertise in the use of Excel and Word Ability to analyse complex datasets Experience of report writing Ability to manage performance monitoring frameworks Experience of using client case management systems/databases Experience of using national reporting systems, such as DAMs and DIRDET An excellent understanding of both the technical and human dimensions of data collection processes A willingness to work flexibly to ensure deadlines are met An ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
