The Opportunity
An increasingly globalised world places high demands on young people looking for careers in international business. As a global law firm we believe that we have a role to play in developing young people who can compete in this complex and demanding business environment. We also recognise that not everyone has access to the advice, networks and finances to fulfil their potential.
An innovative scheme, Networked provides five new students per year with five years of experience, mentoring, networking and financial support. There are two key aims. The first is to equip students with a range of skills which essential to a career in business. The second is to create and broaden the students' network of professionals across the business world. We work closely with our students to meet their individual needs and the scheme is designed to operate flexibly around a number of fixed components, which act as anchor points to support our scholars at key stages in their academic career.
