Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Social)

Treatwell is on a mission to transform the beauty industry, and we're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Social) to join our high-performing team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, driving user acquisition and brand awareness for both B2C and B2B audiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting paid social strategy: Partner with Performance Marketing Managers to define target audience segments and refine creative messaging for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest campaigns.
  • Maintaining momentum with creative development. Collaborate with the design and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for paid social campaigns. Write insight-driven briefs that are clear and concise, and stay updated on social media design trends and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
  • Fostering strategic partnerships: build strong relationships with our account managers at Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok and stay informed about new platform features, advertising options, and beta programs to leverage these opportunities.
  • Becoming an analytics expert, utilising marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance across platforms. You’ll generate reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities and present your findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Staying at the forefront of the industry, actively participating in industry events and researching emerging social media platforms and advertising opportunities. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborating on performance marketing projects beyond paid social whenever needed, such as new AI projects or affiliate marketing

About you:

  • Have 2-3 years proven experience in developing and managing paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Possess a strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including audience targeting, creative best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Love data (almost) as much as performance marketing, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Be passionate about social media with a keen eye for creative trends.
  • Have a desire to continually learn
  • Be a collaborative and results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
  • NOTE: This is a Hybrid role, with the expectation to work from our London office at least 2 times per week (Office location: Treatwell, Fairfax House, Fulwood Place, London, UK)
