What you’ll be doing

as a Senior Mechanical Engineer Get the proper technical outcomes from the Project Definition Briefs and maximise value by understanding risks and providing mitigation. Input and continuously improve Technical Asset Standards. Provide Design sign-off between Asset Management and Capital Delivery as the Delivery Stream dictates. Provide Technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning, and handover of Assets.  Hybrid - Hampton Coal Wharf. The successful applicant will be expected to spend at least six days a month either in our Hampton Head Office or on-site.

Successful candidates must have access to a car and hold a driving licence.

We are open to part-time and full-time applicants for this role thirty-six hours a week, Monday to Friday.

What you should bring to the role

Engineering HNC or HND / Degree with an operational or delivery background. Skills in Mechanical Engineering. Good communication skills. Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software.

Competitive salary from £45,000 to £68,000 per annum. Twenty-six days holiday per year, increasing to 30 days per year, with the length of service.
