We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early years development and a nurturing approach to childcare. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children in our care and contribute to their growth and development.
Progression Path
The Level 2/3 Practitioner role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an early years setting and develop a deep understanding of child development. With additional training and experience, there may be opportunities to progress to roles such as Senior practitioner, Room Leader or management roles. Our client always encourages staff to develop their skills and take part in additional training and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or above in Early Years
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
