The Senior Business Analyst, Payroll Transformation, will assist in the execution of the global strategy for payroll processing from input validation to employee/tax disbursement based on the guidance from their manager. The role will work closely with their HR business colleagues to drive design discussions and support implementation. The role will partner with the local teams to execute the payroll strategy with primary focus being on requirements gathering, testing, communication, and change management.

Responsibilities

Execute and support the design of payroll governance, process and system strategy with the alignment to standardizing, streamlining and automating processes and standards to drive business efficiencies Capture, document and migrate local knowledge, policies and processes into HR Shared Services organization Collaborate with system vendors, local country teams, and payroll shared service operation to implement payroll solution, which will align with global design while meeting localized business requirements and operational needs Be foremost expert on the payroll system’s functionality to be able to address any business requests for enhancements or changes to meet a continual changing environment Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancements Partner across the organization on deployment, and maintenance of the selected payroll solutions throughout the company’s global footprint Prepare and execute design sessions to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experience Gather, propose and support new requests and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement Design, maintain and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboard Develop and Maintain site sharing training, job aids, system updates, policies, etc. Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed Represent Payroll in Shared Services initiatives Support Operational teams in validation of impact of policy changes on operational procedures Collaborate with teams on developing, implementing and reviewing surveys and audit controls Other tasks as assigned by the manager Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
