Validations Administrator

Comex 2000 is currently seekingan enthusiastic and committed Billing and ValidationAdministrator to join our Billing and Validation team inWednesbury.

Thesuccessful candidate will work in a central administration functionperforming duties around order validation invoicing andapplications to partners such as Virgin Media. A professional andconfidential manner will be required and alltimes.

Whatwill you bedoing

Asa Billing and Validation Administrator your coreresponsibilities will be

Validationduties:

• Uploadingvalidating and quality checking orders received from customerswithin set SLAs.
  
• Referringjobs back to thecustomer.
  
• Answeringinternal & external stakeholders with job queriesproactively.
  
• Emailingjob packs to the relevant PlanningManager.
  
• Dailyupdates of Force our clients databasesystem.
  
• Responsiblefor the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within workinghours.
  

Billing duties:

• Validatingdrawings on job packs asbuilts and supplierinvoices.
  
• Processingapplications to VirginMedia.
  
• Uploadingdocuments and processes onto EOSdatabase.
  
• Responsiblefor storing backup information correctly on thesystem.
  
• Exceptionspayments reporting and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFEs).
  
• Controlof work in progress ensuring sales targets are met and any otherduties with the accountabilities of the post.
  
  

Requirements

Skills&Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficientworking knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel Word anddatabases.
  
• TeamworkAbility to work well with others in a strong teamenvironment.
  
• Personal accountabilityOrganised great time management and has a proactive approach towork.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills the ability to communicate and listeneffectively.
  
• Takingpride in your work you want to do the job well and achieveresults.

Desirable:

• Experiencein invoicing or a customer service environment isdesirable.
