Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team based at our office in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a contracts Administrator you will be required to support the contract and legal team, assisting with the administration of contract management including preparation of proposals where required. This role is highly data and processing driven and therefore are looking for individuals who enjoy working to deadlines ina highly processed driven environment.

What Will You Need to Know?

A minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience with UK import/export compliance regulations is beneficial. Key competences include effective communication, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
