Overview:
During this internship you’ll work closely with the EMEA supply chain team to develop and grow a long-term strategy which, through partnerships with NGOs and liquidator partners, enables us to maximise our reserves benefit.
The role will be focused on ensuring all legal, regulatory, and financial requirements and compliance are met, whilst actively engaging with new partners and internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop NGO network of approved NGOs. Utilise to maximise reserves benefit whilst ensuring efficient administration processes are in place.
- Update donation tracking database and reserve benefit tracking database, ensuring all costs are cited, enhance as required, report monthly.
- Develop liquidator network of approved liquidators. Utilise to maximise reserves benefit whilst ensuring efficient administration processes are in place.
- Update reserve benefit tracking database with liquidation benefit, ensuring all costs are cited, enhance as required, report monthly.
- Develop internal network to socialise activity and gain buy-in from all key stakeholders.
- Utilise Henry Schein Cares to gain internal publicity linked to donation activities.
- Update benefit tracker with intercompany reserve activity.
- Develop insightful reports to show the impact of reserves to profitability.
- This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive, and the role holder will be required to participate in other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications:
- Good standard of education, degree level preferred.
- Business degree discipline desirable.

- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects and daily tasks, essential.
