As our PR & Communications Manager, you will work directly with the Senior Director PR and Corporate Affairs to design and deliver messaging and stories for The Bicester Collection as well as supporting on the PR Strategy. To ensure optimal positioning of The Bicester Collection in international media, focusing on communication of the right image and message to the general consumer market, the press community and internally to staff and partners.

The role is hybrid and you will be required on site at Bicester Village 1 day a week. There will also be some European travel.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

Proactively and creatively develop & execute the PR Plan with an always on approach that include all business channels: retail, wholesale, VIP, social and digital and out of the box PR Communications Contribute to and implement on all Global PR activities Develop content for each Village based on the insights from Source Markets to attract international customers Manage interview requests, drafting responses where necessary, selecting suitable imagery to accompany each interview / feature and seeking press approval where necessary on images Establish strong press relationships and build international connections across all targeted media

10 plus years experience in Fashion/Luxury brand Public relation services with a genuine passion for fashion and retail sector A proven track record in building a brand in a fast paced, multi-national company during a period of extensive and rapid growth Excellent writing and drafting skills Extensive experience in Corporate PR Strong understanding of luxury industry and brand standards. International Experience within the fashion / lifestyle /retail industry is essential.
