To be a successful Kitchen Porter, an important part of our kitchen team, you will need;

* A positive, can do attitude to ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery are cleaned and ready when needed

* To take pride in your work- confident in being a crucial part in the wheel of kitchen operations

* A willingness to learn about different food, techniques and service styles- able to take on new tasks to support the chefs and colleagues

* A team player- there to support and ensure the wheels keep turning in the kitchen, really pulling through in those peak periods
