Involving the direct maintenance and care of a wide range of machinery, site maintenance, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, machine safety, breakdown fault finding. 

Duties:
  • Perform quality and safety checks for a safe work environment. 
  • Implement new systems and procedures. 
  • Optimise resource use. 
  • Oversee preventative and scheduled maintenance. 
  • Ensure machine safety precautions. 
  • Coordinate with local engineering companies. 
  • Work with production to improve manufacturing efficiency. 
  • Start up all machinery. 
  • Address machinery breakdowns and maintenance.
