Fast Moving Business require a FleetCo-ordinator

Salary 25-27,000, Mondayto Friday only.

My client, a leading retailer,are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join them Within this roleyou will be part of the facilities team and have a focus on thefleet of HGV vehicles used by the business UK wide. When you arenot focusing on fleet you will assist with various facilitiesduties including assigning relevant contractors to stores andupdating ticketing systems.

RoleandResponsibilities:

  • Handlerequests for all vehicles
  • Keep Drivers up todate with ongoing vehicle repairs
  • Ensure MOTand Service reminders are sent out and booked inadvance
  • Keep vehicles up to date and wellstocked
  • Manage any accidents or vehicledamages
  • Assist with the issuing and replacementof fuel cards
  • Ensure ticketing system is keptup to date.
  • Raising purchaseorders
  • Work within set budgets for thedepartment
  • Ensure all facilities and fleetqueries areactioned

Essentialskills:

  • Previousexperience in a similar role within fleet would beideal.
  • Strong database and ticketing managementskills
  • Excellent communicationskills
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast pacedrole
