Teaching Personnel are currently hiring for an SEN school in Leatherhead who are in need of an enthusiastic and hard-working English teacher

The school provides specialist and therapeutic support for children aged 11 to 16 with ASC and associated learning and behavioural needs. 

We are hoping to help them find an English teacher who can help every pupil learn, develop and flourish. 

This is a full-time role to start ASAP

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

  • Holds a teaching qualification (preferable)
  • Is a fast learner
  • Is proactive
  • Is able to use their own initiative
  • Has a positive attitude and calm nature
  • Has a good work ethic
  • Is able to be flexible
  • Is kind and caring towards children of all needs and abilities
  • Is happy to take on coaching and training
  • Has previous experience working with SEN children
  • Holds a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
