The Role:

As an Experienced English Teacher with GSL Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for literature and language. You will deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential in English.

Key Responsibilities of an English Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, contributing to the school's English department.
  • Foster a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a cohesive learning community.

Required Qualifications for an English Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certification.
  • Experience teaching English in the school level, with a passion for the subject and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and commitment to continuous professional development.
