Our chefs get to work with the
best sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest
of England, direct from our Brixham fish market.

The role

As Commis Chef you will support the Kitchen
team, ensuring food is prepared to a high standard, building a strong
relationship with our front of house teams to deliver exceptional levels of
service to all our guests.

As a new Rockfish Commis Chef, you
will be supported by structured training, and we continuously develop your
skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Many of our Head Chefs have
worked their way up from this level

Some kitchen experience advantageous,
however if you are looking to start a fulfilling chef career, this is a great
place to start

You will have a flexible
approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its
busiest.

In return for your hard work,
you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities which can be up to
and extra £2-3 per hour
