Pay    The pay rate stated in this Ad, for level 1 £14.05ph weekday and £14.30ph weekend & level 2 is £14.20ph weekday and £14.55ph for weekend these rates are for drivers only. For a walking round, it differs as the rates above are inclusive of travel time and petrol. You will be paid time and a half for working bank holidays.   You will be paid DOUBLE TIME for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.  
Key Responsibilities•Providing care to people in their own homes  •Helping with a daily routine: personal care (bathing, showering, and helping with toilet breaks), preparing food, prompting medication and more  •Promoting independence as much as safe and possible The role of a home care assistant is varied, and each day is different. Some of our clients do require personal care, however, some just need a chat and a cup of tea. You will see clients on a regular basis, getting to know their needs and routines with the help of our handy app where care plans and visit details can be viewed.  

Working Hours   •Early- 7.00 am to 2.00 pm  •Late- 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm  •Every other weekend to ensure everyone gets the weekend off they deserve  Please note, this does not mean you have to work these hours every day.  
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise•No experience required  •3 Day Induction Course  •Shadowing shifts with an experienced carer   •Have experience? Excellent We can offer fast track induction training for those who qualify, terms and conditions apply.
