As a College Services Manager, you will lead and manage the Admissions, College Reception, Central Administration Team, Marketing, careers and enrichment in providing an efficient responsive customer orientated service within College Services. You will lead and be involved in College wide events such as enrolment days, examination days, results days and celebration activities. As a College Services Manager you will lead a team who are responsible for the administrative duties of Dover Technical College, such as enrolling students, coordinating examinations, handling and amending student data, and creating timetables and registers. You will also be involved in student enrichment, such as Marketing and Careers for the College and students. You will work with the Group data team to ensure data processes and policies are followed throughout the students journey at Dover Technical College.Alongside our priority of excellent student experience, we also focus on our employees. About You
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused individual with effective communication skills, coupled with experience of leading and managing a team. You will have experience in administration within an office environment, and demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to develop the function. You will manage various team members, so good organisational skills and effective leadership will be required along with an attention to detail.The post holder will be able to demonstrate good levels of data validation, ideally within an educational setting and proven IT skills will be required to develop and enhance the student experience through the admissions and enrolment process.
You will hold Administration/Office skills at Level 3 and IT qualifications at Level 2 or be working towards these qualifications. This will be a desirable skill set for this position to support the online admissions process as well as the student data.
