Kinneil Medical Practice formed in October 2023 when two longstanding Practices, Forth View and Kinglass, merged to create a larger more sustainable Practice. We currently work over two sites, Bo'ness Health Centre on Dean Road and the Kinglass Centre on Gauze Road. These sites are only a few minutes by car. Our Kinglass Site is our triage and telephone hub. Primary Care staff e.g. ANP, MH Nurse, APP and CTAC are also based on this site. The Health Centre is our routine site with support from the Practice Nurses and Primary Care Pharmacist.

Kinneil Medical Practice are looking for Locum Maternity Cover from beginning of June 2024 for 9 months.

We are looking for a Maternity Locum to cover Monday and Tuesday We may be able to be flexible with the Tuesday but the Monday is fixed. Routine appointments are 12 x 15 minutes AM and PM from 8.30 am and then again 2.15 pm, together with signing a share of scripts. The routine appointments are a mix of face to face/telephoneThe routine appointments are based at the Health Centre Site on Dean Road. Any on call days that may be pre arranged are based at the Kinglass Site on Gauze Road, which is a few minutes by car from the HC site. The on call GP currently has a triage list with no pre-booked appointments. They have appointment slots reserved for patients who may needs seen from the triage list. We have an employed ANP, who also works from the triage list, and a PCIP ANP 2 times a week who sees a mix of pre booked and on the day appointments. The ANPs are also based at the Kinglass Site. - Urban Practice
