Pharmacy Delivery Driver

PART TIME RELIEF DRIVER - Peebles Pharmacy 

** ZERO HOURS CONTRACT TO PROVIDE COVER AS REQUIRED FOR OUR REGULAR DRIVER. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE YOUR OWN VEHICLE **

We are looking for a relief driver to join our Peebles Pharmacy delivery team When required, you will undertake the prescription deliveries in Peebles and surrounding areas on a daily basis. In order to be considered for this role you will need to have use of your own vehicle to undertake your deliveries and be willing to work on a zero hour contract.

You will be reimbursed mileage for using your own vehicle at 45p per mile and this can be paid weekly or monthly depending on your preference. Mileage is calculated based on the mobile delivery device you will use.

As a Right Medicine Pharmacy relief delivery driver, you’ll help support our community and will ensure that our patient's prescriptions are at the Right place and the Right time The role will involve collecting prescriptions from local GP surgeries and delivering medications to our patients using a mobile device that plans your route and allows you to get legal compliance of when a prescription has been delivered.

About You?

To succeed in this role you will have the following:

Full valid driving licence.

Access to your own vehicle and be fully insured.

Be flexible and agreeable to a zero hours contract.

Be reliable, have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly personality that our patients can trust
