We’re excited to announce that applications to join our Groundworker Apprenticeship are now open
The apprenticeship starts in September and in this exciting 18 month ‘hands-on’ and practical programme, you will learn about different construction methods, how to work safely and the basic principles of internal/external drainage and ducting systems, leading you to earn several highly sought-after industry-recognised qualifications.
As part of your apprenticeship, occasionally you’ll get to attend block release training with your apprentice colleagues in Bircham Newton in Norfolk – don’t worry, we’ll cover your travel, food and accommodation costs

You must be at least 18 and have lots of enthusiasm, motivation, a great attitude and an eagerness to learn, along with a desire and happiness to work outside in all weather conditions (we’ll provide protective clothing).
