About the Role

We are growing our Marine and Offshore team and looking for a Technical Author & Administrator.

The role will involve reviewing technical reports and ensure the highest standards of deliverables in terms of contents, format and syntaxis/grammar are maintained.

The successful candidate will have expert skills using Microsoft Office packages and thrives on juggling priorities, have dynamic and professional communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Formatting, proofreading, and processing technical reports / proposals / ITT documents in accordance with company standards, ensuring consistency in quality and format Assisting with the necessary documentation required for staff and subcontractors attending vessels worldwide (. assisting with travel and documentation/certificates) Creating and publishing templates in accordance with BVS corporate styles Monitoring document control mailbox and deal with correspondence as efficiently as possible Maintaining a record of all documents processed and issued and spreadsheets are up to date Accountability for timesheets is submitted by staff and associate consultants and approved by the deadline
