Werebuilding the team for an ambitious brand growth andtransformation consultancy that operates on theperiphery of management consultancy and strategic insights. Theyuse qualitative and quantitative market research techniquesmanagement frameworks and business knowledge to design build andinterpret insights to meet clients businessobjectives.
They are EXPERTSin providing solutions across the topic areas ofStrategyInnovation andGrowth through the integration ofmarket research and corporate strategic objectives. The team areexperienced strategy consultants witha demonstrated history of tackling corporate problems and providingactionable recommendations with tangible results to a wide varietyof business clients.
The roleuses a deep understanding of developing customer empathy viaqualitative research to addressproject team and client goals. Day to day youll define and frameclient situations into clear answerable research questions and pullinsights through an interactive process with the team to formstrategicrecommendations.

Changinghow entire product categories are sold andpurchased
Creatingtransformative insightsled frameworks to realign GTMstrategies
Delivering foundational projects that led to awardwinning ATLcampaigns
Combiningproduct brand and customer journeys into comprehensive and highlyimpactfulinterventions
Helping Fortune 50 clients with their most complex CX GTM andstrategic insightschallenges
Youare a handson delivery practitioner(wellversed in both QUALled insights andstrategy). A strong set of research skills andfirsthand experience with a range of qualitative techniques isessential including but not limited to writingdiscussion guides 1:1interviews/IDIs focus groups ethnography concepttesting positioning exploration or validation benefit testingconsumer or shopper segmentation analysis need state segmentationetc. Every project you do has a strong grounding in QUALITATIVEresearch to extract deep insight and behavioural nuances andvalidate solutions to develop sustainable servicepropositions.
You have a highdegree of curiosity andwillingness to collaborate (they oftensolve large messy issues for their clients). You must be able totolerate ambiguity leverage and utilise others around you askintelligent questions to get to the root of the issue and beinclusive of others points of view. You also have a demonstrabletrack record of leading client relationshipsand delivering quality engagements that result inlongstanding client relationships and repeat client engagements.You are passionate about understanding how people think behave andmake decisions; and turning data into insights/actionablestrategy
You might becurrently working as a Strategy & InnovationConsultant at a strategy insights orbrandgrowth consultancy helping Fortune 50 clientsacross Europe and the U.S. transform their business models designinnovation infrastructure and create new ventures. You have ledB2B and B2C projects in sectors suchas TechRetailFinTech andTelco with a focus on unlockingcustomer experienceled business transformation. You help clientsnot only design digital products and services that people want needor love but also qualify the business opportunity and consistentlychallenge client teams to course correct.
You dont want to be defined by the progressionpath of a bigger consultancy and would love to influence thedecisionmaking of global Fortune 500 companies from day one Youwant unlimited growth potential (interms of both career progression andfinancial rewards). You dont mindgetting granular with the aspects of the projects (akaQual research) but can demonstrate bigstrategy thinking at the same time.
