Requirements:

  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS or SSMTS
  • Driving licence – Mandatory
  • Microsoft Office – Mandatory
  • Degree in Management and/or Leadership or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities: 

  • Delivery of budget in full, securing profitable margins in line with expectations, managing costs, suppliers and operational delivery.
  • Team management and leadership of a growing team of 15 people
  • Tendering and commercial quotes to secure new business.
  • Oversee the safe working operation of the division, working effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee large projects and work closely with clients to foster. positive working relationships, inclusive of ownership of frameworks.
  • Programme the work force to ensure optimum staff utilisation.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £70,000 + bonus
  • Flexible benefits
  • 5% pension contribution when eligible
