Why not join one of our many teams of mobile cleaners within the Dunfermline area .  We currently have a temporary vacancy covering Dunfermline and surrounding area in Schools and Council buildings, working 25 hours, Monday to Friday 52 weeks per year, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. 

Mobile Cleaner – 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 8:00pm on a 52-week contract. This post is temporary for 6 months.

You will earn a competitive salary of £22,525.71pro-rata with access to a range of benefits, including:

We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.00 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends. Travel expenses will be paid – we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car. Generous Holiday allowance Access to and support with training opportunities and qualifications for the job Local and national discounts including supermarkets, restaurants, and retail

This work is about ensuring staff can return to a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate

The Person

No previous experience is required as on the job training is given.

Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a Team.

Have the ability to travel to numerous locations within the specified area of work - a current Driving Licence is essential to drive the vehicle provided.

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
