Themis Recruit are currentlyseeking a solicitor with between NQ and 5 years PQE to join ourClients Disease Litigation Team primarily located in theirLiverpool office. However we welcome applications from candidatesresiding in other regions as well.

Theteam specializes in a comprehensive spectrum of industrial diseasecases primarily representing prominent insuranceclients.

Inthis role you will initially be responsible for managing a modestcaseload of litigated claims related to noiseinduced hearing loss.Additionally you will provide support to Partners and PrincipalAssociates in handling complex cases with a specific focus onasbestosrelated claims. This opportunity allows you to become partof a wellestablished and experienced team that deals with a diverserange of legal matters collaborating with professionals at alllevels ofexpertise.

Requirements
  • Aqualified Solicitor NQ to 5YRSPQE
    Litigationexperience
  • Extensivelitigation experience with proven technical ability and record ofachievement
  • Abilityto work to deadlines / targets to prioritise and manage a caseloadand deliver effectivesolutions
  • Abilityto work well as part of a team and on your own initiative with apositiveattitude
