Working Part Time: 30 Hours Per Week

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammographer to join our dynamic, patient focused service in Chester.

We are a Combined Unit providing both a Screening and Symptomatic Breast Imaging Service. Breast Screening is part of the Wirral and Chester Breast Screening Programme. Screening at Chester is currently carried out on-site.

The Unit consists of three GE Pristina Mammography machines which can perform 2D, 3D tomographic imaging, x-ray guided biopsies and contrast enhanced spectral mammography (CESM). There are three Logic 19 ultrasound rooms.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work as part of a team of radiographers and assistant Practitioners to provide a screening and symptomatic imaging service to people living in Chester and the Wirral.
