KS2 TeacherOutstanding School

Thisfantastic primary school is searching for an outstanding KS2teacher who has the skills and drive to lead English throughout theentire school starting in September. This is a significant positionwithin the school and the successful applicant will join theschools extended leadership team.

Strongcommunication and analytical abilities as well as the ability toteach a funloving KS2 class beginning in September are required forthis position. Only exceptional experienced KS2 teachers will beinterviewed for this permanent fulltimeposition.

The children are hardworking caringinquisitive and imaginative and the staff here aspire to developwellrounded confident pupils through a supportive pastoralenvironment as a result we are seeking a primary teacher who knowshow to drive attainment and create engaginglessons.

Responsibilities of a KS2teacher:

  • As a KS2teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of thechildren promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learningenvironment.
  • Teaching the Key stage 2curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on eachindividual childs learning targets encouraging their strengths andimproving their weaknesses
  • Help childrendevelop their writing ability by creating plots characters andsettings for stories.
  • Keeping track ofchildrens progress and occasionally reporting back toparents
