Cathelco has over 60 years experience in themanufacturing of equipment for ships and off shore installationsincluding marine growth protection systems and impressed currentcathodic protection systems. The role will assemble and constructproducts for corrosion protection products to Cathelco design andthe customer standards and expectations. Were seeking a SemiSkilledCNC Turner with experience in operating Fanuc Controller tocontribute to our continued success.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Set up and operateCNC machines under supervision ensuring precision and efficiency inproduction.
  • Learn and interpret engineeringdrawings and blueprints to assist in programming and executingmachining operations.
  • Collaborate with skilledCNC Turner and the production team to meet quality and productionstandards.
  • Utilize handson experience withFanuc Controller systems to optimize machine performance withguidance.
  • Assist in routine maintenance onmachines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Followsafety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workenvironment.

Qualifications:

  • Basicexperience or training in CNC machiningprocesses.
  • Proven handson experience with FanucController systems.
  • Familiarity withengineering drawings andblueprints.
  • Willingness to continue developingskills in CNC turningoperations.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment toprecision and quality.
  • Effective communicationskills and a collaborativemindset.
