We are currently recruiting an Administrator to be a part of our integral team in Catterick Garrison, DL9 3EL

For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process

DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • Previous experience of working in a military admin office environment desirable.
  • Have a sound grasp of working in administration.
  • Must be skilled in the use of Office 365.
  • Able to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level.
  • In time, to become fully competent with “bespoke” military software applications.
  • Possess the ability to deal with customers either orally or in written format.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.
  • A DBS check will be required to complete your application
  • Drafting emails both internally and externally and monitoring electronic mailboxes.
  • Answering basic queries, with the ability to seek advice from line management on areas outside the normal daily dealings.

Experience

  • Admin skills are essential for this role
  • DBS and security vetting checks will need to be passed
