Part-time and full-time working hours will be considered. This is a 52 week role.
We seek an HR Administrator to join our team as soon as possible. This role is to assist the Cluster HR Manager in providing day to day HR administrative support to the academy. You will be responsible for processing starters and leavers, inductions, probation and management reporting as well as maternity, paternity and absence management and keeping the HR database up to date and accurate in terms of payroll and personnel information. Flexibility is essential within this role. There will be the opportunity to travel to other academies within the Midlands Cluster and take part in regional HR team meetings.

About You
You will ideally have experience within an HR environment although, more importantly, you will have outstanding administrative skills and a desire to attain the highest possible standards in the work that you do. You have excellent organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and be confident and comfortable in providing first line advice to employees when required. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and have excellent communication and IT skills and be able to exercise your role with discretion and confidentiality.
