Job Duties:- Provide individualised English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with SEN students
- Strong knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEN setting
Knowledge and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Education or related field
- Experience using assistive technology to support SEN students
- Part-time hours, flexible schedule
- Work in a supportive and inclusive educational environment
