Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional business communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions tailored to client requirements, leveraging Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical team to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Project Management Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, present solutions, and participate in calls to win new business.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing project needs and get involved in various tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-6 full end-to-end Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Oracle technologies and their application in solving business problems.
  • Communication: Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and adapt to different project demands.
  • Professionalism: Well-presented with a proactive approach to client interaction and business development.
