Templeton House Care Home is looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to oversee our dementia unit (Unit Lead), on a permanent basis.

Situated in the picturesque coastal town of Ayr, our newly developed private nursing home offers the highest standards of Nursing, Dementia & Respite care.

Over the last couple of years our care home has grown from strength to strength in all areas.  We have brought the occupancy close to full capacity, which is backed by a fully staffed team.

Happy, committed staff play a pivotal role in the success of our home and we firmly believe we support them in best ways possible further training and development, ie. Open University, SVQ accreditation etc

Dementia Unit Lead Contract

      £22.25 per hour

       39.37 hours per week

      Pension

      5.6 weeks annual leave

      PVG paid

      Uniform provided

      Onsite parking

We expect our Registered Nurse (Unit Lead) to:

                 Be a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)

                 Hold a valid NMC PIN

                 Have previous experience leading a care team

                 Monitor the quality of care provided

                 Manage a unit within a care home
