Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Specialist - Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Location: Sefton 

Salary: £100-162.30 per day

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: 4th Nov 2024

About the Role:

As an EYFS Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting youngest learners at the very beginning of their educational journey. You will have the opportunity to create a stimulating, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT) who is enthusiastic about early years education and committed to making a difference in the lives of young children. You will be supported by a highly experienced team, with tailored induction and ongoing professional development to help you excel in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and implement creative and engaging lessons to meet the individual needs of children
  • Support the personal, social, and emotional development of each child, fostering a love of learning
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, using this information to inform future planning
  • Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

About You:

  • Recently qualified ECT with a passion for Early Years education
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences
  • A desire to continue developing professionally and make a meaningful impact in early education
