We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our People Services Transformation team. In this role, you will bring expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes, contributing to the successful implementation of the new HR and Payroll system.

You will be responsible for optimising talent acquisition processes, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding experiences. Collaborating with project teams, aligning with industry best practices, and delivering efficient onboarding workflows are key components of your responsibilities. Key Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience. Profound knowledge and practical experience in analysing, designing and configuring onboarding and recruiting processes in HR platforms. Proven experience as a Recruitment & Onboarding SME in end-to-end HRIS implementations, with a strong focus on HR system implementations. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices Experience in configuring and optimising HR systems for recruitment. Ability to provide training and support to end-users. Analytical approach, with a desire to solve problems. Stakeholder management, across the business – able to articulate and translate where necessary. Eye for continuous improvement and streamlining processes. Strong understanding of data. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise on recruitment and onboarding processes. Collaborate with project teams to configure and optimise HR systems for talent acquisition. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards. Support the design and implementation of efficient onboarding workflows. Train end-users on recruitment and onboarding system functionalities. Lead discussions with HR Process Leads to understand changes and impacts. Provide expertise in the design, development and rollout of recruitment including enhancements. Manage delivery of system enhancements that drive improvement in business processes and end user experience. Define and accurately document new requirements. Provide professional HR Services with high customer service orientation.

This role requires hands-on experience in HR system implementations, and candidates with expertise in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., will be highly valued.
