We are looking passionate, customer-centric team members to join the team at Foundever™ Swansea for a six-month temporary positon starting 01 July

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever™, you will work alongside some of the best in our business, taking pride in all your customer interactions. Your role will primarily be back-office support for one of our utilities clients, where you will provide outstanding inbound customer service relating to change of tenancies. You may also be required to support customers through outbound calls at times.

HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU

We will provide you with the training and support for you to develop the skills in providing solutions to customers’ concerns, engaging with your customers and solving their issues.

You will receive regular coaching and training, not only assisting you to achieve in your current role but also in preparing you for your next step within the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be responsible for representing one of our utilities clients, handling back-office email interactions which is made up of:

Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses relating to change of tenancies. Obtaining and correctly capturing of customer information. Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts where applicable. Keeping records of customer interactions. Ensuring customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Good Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers over the phone or in written communication such as email.

Computer Literate: Excellent computer skills with the ability to write well-crafted emails.

Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, with a keen eye for reducing mistakes.

Adaptability: The ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.

Positive Attitude: The ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.

Advantageous: Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre technology.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

Should you be successful in your application, we're offering a salary of £23,400 per annum (or £12 per hour), a great work/life balance with day-time shifts between Monday to Friday, and fantastic training opportunities to support you in your role

KEY POINTS

Salary: £23,400 per annum (monthly pay)

Location: Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9LA (on-site only)

Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (shift-based)

Contract Duration: Temporary, 6 month contract

Start Date: Monday, 01 July 2024
