Overview:The SeniorJava Developer plays a crucial role in our organization leveragingtheir advanced expertise in Java development to design develop anddeliver highquality software solutions that meet our businessneeds. They are responsible for leading the development andimplementation of complex applications contributing to the overallsuccess of our development projects.KeyResponsibilities:

• Designingimplementing and maintaining Java applications that are oftenhighvolume and lowlatency
• Leading detaileddesign phases for Javabasedsolutions
• Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures
• Ensuring the best possible performancequality and responsiveness ofapplications
• Identifying bottlenecks and bugsand devising solutions to mitigate and address theseissues
• Helping maintain code qualityorganization and automation
• Supportingcontinuous improvement by investigating alternatives andtechnologies and presenting these for architecturalreview
• Understanding and implementing the fullsoftware development life cycle
• Working closelywith quality assurance teams to ensure highqualitydeliverables
• Participating in code reviews andproviding timely feedback to other teammembers
• Developing and maintaining technicaldocumentation
• Contributing to the technicaldirection of the team
• Providing technicalguidance and coaching to junior developers andpeers
• Participating in software performanceanalysis and tuning activities
• Adhering toAgile methodologies andprinciples

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
• Provenexperience as a Senior Java Developer or similarrole
• MUST Have : 9 to 12 yrs ofJava candidates (Java with Kafka/Cassanda Mongo DB)).
• Extensive experience indesigning and developing highvolume lowlatency applications formissioncritical systems
• Strong proficiency inJava and the Spring Framework
• Experience withrelational databases SQL and ORMframeworks
• Handson experience withMicroservices architecture and RESTfulAPIs
• Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting andcommunication skills
• Ability to lead and mentorjunior developers
• Solid understanding ofsoftware development best practices and designpatterns
• Experience with continuous integrationand continuous deployment (CI/CD)pipelines
• Knowledge of DevOps practices andtools
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
• Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills
• Excellent teamwork andcollaboration skills
