Als SAP Sourcing & Procurement Specialist w/m/d verantwortest Du die Mitgestaltung von Geschäftsoptimierungen insbesondere im Hinblick auf Procurement Geschäftsprozesse, -tools und -systeme  durch Change Projekte, sowie die Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäfts bei komplexen Anfragen.

Du schließt Change Projekte erfolgreich ab und bietest als Subject Matter Expert:in Deine Expertise im Procurement an. Du arbeitest im Transformationsteam daran, Verbesserungen sowohl in internen Arbeitsbereichen als auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Schnittstellen zu erzielen. Du identifizierst Prozessverbesserungen und treibst deren Implementierung voran. Du evaluierst interne und externe Kunden- oder Herstelleranfragen zu Veränderungen im Hinblick auf Machbarkeit, Verbesserungspotential und Aufwand. Du planst und führst Testszenarien durch, die im Hinblick auf Systemänderungen gefordert sind. Du arbeitest zusammen mit dem Partner Management, dem Customer Management, der Logistik und internen Dienstleistern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Transformationsprojekte ihre volle Wirkung entfalten können. Du entwickelst taktische Verfahren zur Effizienzsteigerung im Konzern und für das Partner Management, z. B. durch eine bessere Nutzung von SAP oder effizientere Wege zur Steuerung von Kundenprozessen auf europäischer Ebene. Du bist beteiligt an der Entwicklung und dem Austausch bewährter Praktiken zwischen Teams auf europäischer Ebene.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung im SAP Umfeld und SAP-Projekterfahrung.  Du zeigst Selbstständigkeit, lösungsorientiertes Denken und starke Beziehungsmanagement-Fähigkeiten.  Du beherrschst souverän Präsentationen und Gespräche und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns Erfolgsgeschichten zu schreiben. Du bist erfahren im virtuellen Teamwork und zeichnest Dich durch starke Unternehmensplanung und analytische Fähigkeiten aus.  Du kennst kaufmännische Geschäftsprozesse (Sales & Einkauf) von der Angebotserstellung über den Verkauf bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung und verfügst über eine gute Produktkenntnis im IT Bereich  Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ; Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert. Du bist kommunikativ auf allen Ebenen und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der internationalen Teamzusammenarbeit mit.
