Your Mission

Your key responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for client calls and updates, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transaction processes. You will regularly update clients on the status of their transactions and maintain open lines of communication with real estate agents via calls and emails. This involves ensuring all parties are well-informed and up-to-date on the progress of transactions. Your role will also involve chasing necessary documents and performing other related duties to support the overall transaction process.


Key Competencies

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in conveyancing, sales progression, or a related field.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise your workload.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Offer Details

  • Salary: Up to £25,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • Location: Initially office-based for the first 6 months in Gateshead, transitioning to hybrid working options thereafter.
