Tersus Consultancy, in the midst of rapid expansion, is eagerly seeking a Trainee Asbestos Analyst.
The successful candidate will receive all relevant Training and Development required, via both internal and external training sources. They will work towards undertaking air testing, and 4 stage clearances in accordance with company procedures and UKAS requirements.


What will it be doing?

  • Undertaking background, reassurance, personal air sampling and 4 stage clearances
  • Completing records on TEAMS fully and legibly
  • Checking of paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and tenants appropriately on site
  • Supervising trainee analysts on site
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
  • To undertake all training and development opportunities provided.
  • To undertake formal/classroom based training, along with Site based training, led by an experienced member of the Tersus team.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • “Can do” attitude, with the desire to progress and develop.
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen, motivated, reliable and have an ability to maintain concentration, focus and attention to detail.
