The Role

Establish and enhance our framework for test automation building towards an automate first culture Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution

What we are looking for

This position requires sound technical skills, good judgement, strong operational focus, understanding of various SDLC methodologies and ability to organize and manage workflow in fast paced environment with focus on service and business value. Successful candidates will be possess the following skills/capabilities:

Technical: Strong experience in developing and executing test strategies, experience in setting comprehensive end-to-end testing approach for Data Projects.

Analytical : Ability to understand complex business priorities and translate them into clearly defined technical specifications for testing implementation

Innovation: Forward thinking and passionate about solving problems and has a strong drive to constantly learn and keep up to speed with the new technologies

Organization: Ability to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing project priorities

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely, both verbally and in written form.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred
