We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to bring their expertise and creativity to Lyaness. As a key member of our bar team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and be part of a dynamic and innovative bar concept.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to Lyaness' standards of excellence.

  • Engage with guests to provide recommendations, share knowledge about our cocktails, and create memorable experiences.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal offerings, contributing your own creative ideas.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests.

  • Assist in bar inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and maintaining pars to ensure smooth operations.

Salary £11.90ph plus tronc
