Are you a creative and passionate educator with a specialism in Food Technology? We are seeking a dedicated Design and Technology teacher to join our thriving school in Colne on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Food Technology, inspiring students with hands-on, practical learning experiences.
  • Develop engaging and innovative curriculum plans that meet educational standards and inspire creativity.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support and feedback.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Design and Technology department and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in Food Technology with a strong background in Design and Technology education.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
