About the Role:
We're on the hunt for someone to support an awesome woman in her late 20s who's all about music, games (board games), cinema outings, and hitting the gym. If you're someone who can move on the dance floor, strategise your way to victory in Monopoly and motivate like a personal trainer, you're exactly who we're looking for

What You'll Do:

Dance to music, play board games, catch the latest blockbusters, and workout at the gym alongside our amazing lady. Create a fun and supportive environment where laughter is always on the agenda. Jumping in to lend a hand and cheerleading through the chores Be a friend and a mentor, helping our lady navigate life's adventures with confidence and joy. Spread positivity, inspire creativity, and make every day an adventure worth remembering

What You Need:

A zest for life, a love for laughter, and a passion for making memories. A compassionate heart, a patient soul, and a gift for building meaningful connections. Previous experience in support work or a similar role is a bonus, but if you're brimming with enthusiasm and ready to learn, we want to hear from you

Perks:

30 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days. 10% enhancement for working overtime. We will pay for and support you to complete the Care Certificate, a requirement for people working in the health and social care sector. Salary advance scheme: access to some of your earned pay ahead of your regular payday Discounts on shopping and days out. Blue light card Free DBS £500 bonus for introducing a friend to us, if we employ them.
